• Will Call tickets can be picked up night of show. The Box Office opens the night of show at door time until about 10:00 p.m. where tickets can be purchased for the current concert (if available) and any future shows.
• Items allowed in this venue include: small to medium sized purses are allowed into the main room. All backpacks, messenger bags, and shopping bags must be checked into coat check. Note: These guidelines are subject to change.
• Fillmore merchandise can be purchased at the venue during all shows.
• Re-Entry: There will be no re-entry once you have been admitted to this venue.
• Limited street parking can be found in the vicinity of The Fillmore NY @ Irving Plaza. Discounted parking is available at 110 E 16th street after 5 p.m. Parking tickets can be validated at the Box Office.
• Items not allowed in this venue include: no outside food, beverages or weapons of any sort.
• Irving Plaza has an esteemed history as New York City's premiere music venue. Converted into a musical venue after years as a Polish dance hall, it has hosted such superstar artists as U2, Dave Matthews Band, Eric Clapton, Bob Dylan, Pearl Jam and Red Hot Chili Peppers, and continues to be a major stepping stone on the career path of hundreds of artists every year.
• Guests under 16 years of age will not be admitted unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• The Fillmore NY at Irving Plaza is located at 17 Irving Place on the corner of East 15th Street Irving Place is located between 3rd Avenue and Union Square East.
  The nearest subway station is the Union Square - 14th Street Station which can be accessed by the 4, 5, 6, L, N, Q, R, or W trains.
• Smoking is not allowed in this venue. There is a designated smoking area outside for use during the show.
• You must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol. You must obtain a wristband by showing proper identification. Providing alcohol to minors will result in ejection from the venue.

Tickets cannot be purchased over the phone from the box office. Tickets may also be purchased through Live Nation.com and Live Nation Callcenter at 1-877-598-8497.
  A $3.00 per ticket fee is charged to purchase Irving Plaza and Gramercy Theatre event tickets at the Box Office for tickets up to $20. For tickets over $20, a $5 per ticket fee is charged. The Irving Plaza Box Office also sells tickets to other Live Nation events at the Roseland Ballroom. Various fees apply

• We have one ATM on premises, but it is not wheelchair accessible.
• The Fillmore NY @ Irving Plaza can accommodate persons with physical handicaps and wheelchairs. Those needing assistance should arrive to the venue prior to doors and speak with the manager on duty to receive proper accommodations.
• Point and shoot digital cameras are allowed when approved by the artist. All cameras with removable lenses and/or professional cameras (including digital SLR) must be checked at coat check unless you are issued a photo pass.
