• No outside food, beverages, pets other than working animals, illegal substances, bottles, cans, glass containers, alcohol, professional cameras, recorders, umbrellas, tents or tarps, lawnchairs *exception is Burnaby Blues + Roots Festival, coolers *exception is Burnaby Blues + Roots Festival, banners, frisbees or throwing objects, pets, tents, knives, weaspons, bulk foods, glass, professional video/audio recording equipment, laser pointers, instruments, barbeques or fires. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH AT THE GATE.  IN THE EVENT YOU CHOOSE TO REFUSE A SEARCH, YOU WILL BE DENIED ACCESS TO THE SITE.
• Camping is not available.

• The following buses stop at Shadbolt Centre: 110, 123, 129, 136, and 144. The Closest bus loop to the site is located at Burnaby City Hall. These buses all stop at Lougheed mall, Brentwood Mall and Metrotown. Route 144 connects to the Millenium Skytrain line at Sperling/Burnaby Lake and the Expo Line at Metrotown Station. • Please try to pick up your tickets in advance of the show from any Ticketmaster outlet with your confirmation number, credit card and ID. If you need to collect your tickets at the show there will be a Will Call area on site at the Main East Gate. If you are picking up your tickets at Deer Lake Park Will Call please ensure you've got your confirmation number, credit card that you used to purchase the tickets and valid ID. You will not be able to get your tickets without all of these items.
• Blue recycling containers will be located throughout the site.
• 2 ATM units are located onsite.
• Entry to the venue: Please refer to site map. There are 2 entrances to the venue. The Main East Gate is located on the northeast side of the venue, next to Shadbolt Centre. This entry will be open to patrons and those collecting Will Call tickets. The West Gate is located on the northwest side of the venue. This entrance will be restricted to ticket and TicketFast holders only. Both entrances feed from Deer Lake Avenue where signage will assist you in finding appropriate access to the site.

• Each guest is allowed to bring a sealed one litre plastic non-alcoholic bottle onsite. Beverages and a variety of food vendors will be onsite. Free water refills will be available at 2 locations.
• No cameras are allowed on the site.
• Marked First Aid tents will be located on both the east and west side of the site.
• A designated seating area for any patron requiring wheelchair, ADA, or special seating consideration will be located on the site. Contact Ticketmaster at 604-280-4444 with your confirmation number to make arrangements.
• General admission, lawn-seating with no reserved seats. No lawn chairs of any design are permitted. Blankets are welcome. *Lawnchair exception for Burnaby Blues + Roots Festival
• Outside alcohol and illegal substances are prohibited.
• Re-entry is prohibited.*Burnaby Blues + Roots Festival: In/Out privileges apply - If you leave and plan to returm, hand stamps are required before exiting the site.
• Bags will be sbuject to search at the gate.
• Weather appropriate clothing is expected. Show will happen rain or shine.
• A variety of cash-only food and beverage vendors will be onsite. Free drinking water refills will be available at 2 locations.
• Limited public parking will be available in lots located on the northwest corner of Deer Lake Parkway and Gilpin, Burnaby Central High School and Burnaby City Hall. *Burnaby Blues + Roots Festival: BCIT Impark lots $3.50/day, Free shuttle service between BCIT Impark Student Parking Lots N and O and Deer Lake Park
• Parking in around Deer Lake Park is limited. Public transit or carpooling is encourgaed. Limited public parking will be available in lots located on the northwest corner of Deer Lake Parkway and Gilpin, Burnaby Central High School and Burnaby City Hall. There will be 2 taxi drop off/pick up locations on Deer Lake Avenue; one for westbound traffic and one for eastbound traffic.
